  • Analyze your swing videos to generate personalized insights

3. Video Data Processing

Important: Your swing videos are processed as follows:

  • Videos are uploaded to our secure servers for AI analysis
  • We extract swing metrics (tempo, path, positions) from the video
  • Original video files are automatically deleted within 24 hours after processing
  • Only the extracted metrics and analysis results are retained
  • We do not share your videos with third parties

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service Providers: Third-party services that help us operate (cloud hosting, analytics, payment processing)

  • Swing Videos: Deleted within 24 hours of processing
  • Coach Conversations: Retained for 90 days for context, then deleted

8. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time through the app's Settings screen. When you delete your account:

  • All your personal information will be permanently deleted
  • All fitting results and history will be removed
  • Active subscriptions will be cancelled
  • This action cannot be undone

Our service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in compliance with applicable laws.
